2025 is over. It honestly feels like it flew by and dragged on at the same time, which is weird.

Looking back, a lot happened. Some things went well, some things didn't, and a lot of it was me just trying to figure out life. I

I've seen a lot of people and companies all doing 2025 wraps. so i thought "why not me too?"

So here's what the year 2025 looked like for me.

HIGHLIGHTS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Finished my first year of college.

Built ColdDMBlueprint.com over the summer. My first real "technical" project. Going from barely knowing how to code to shipping something people actually used was a big confidence boost.

Unlocked the muscle up. Took lots of trying, but finally got it.

Went on an entrepreneur retreat. Being around people who are building amazing things was exactly what I needed.

Started this newsletter. Kind of funny to include it in the wrap, but it's been a big part of how I've been thinking through things.

WHAT I BUILT/LEARNED

Made a website for my brother. Nothing super crazy, but it felt good to help him out with something practical.

Built a meal prep app mvp. But took it down because hosting was a bit costly, however i had a lot of fun building something for both web and mobile use.

Read my brothers book You Can Just Do Things. And still reading Smarter Faster Better and Never Eat Alone.

The biggest lesson this year: don't forget to stop and reflect. I spent a lot of time in go-go-go mode and realized I need to slow down sometimes and ask myself why I'm doing what i’m doing.

PEOPLE

Joined a book club with friends. Nonstop deep talks and offering each other advice, has been really valuable.

Made good friends from X. It's been cool connecting with people who are doing insanely cool things and thinking about similar stuff.

Started vibecoding with help from my friend Arya. He showed me the ropes and gave me the confidence to just start building.

And I can’t forget the tons and tons of good times with friends throughout the year. Nothing specific, just the kind of moments that make at all worth it.

NEW HABITS & ROUTINES

Started cooking for myself, lifting consistently, and running. Nothing crazy, but building routines and habits that are sustainable and help my become a happier and healthier person has been a big shift this year.

WHAT DIDN'T GO AS PLANNED

Still haven't found exactly what I want career-wise. No summer internship or job lined up yet, and that's been weighing on me more than I'd like to admit.

Staying locked in and motivated was harder than I expected. There were stretches where I just felt stuck, going through the motions without much direction.

I thought I'd have more clarity by now on what path to take, but I'm still figuring it out.

LOOKING AHEAD TO 2026

Run my first half marathon on April 25th.

Figure out what I love. Test things, try different environments, and get closer to understanding what kind of work gives me energy instead of drains me.

Do more things. Stop being complacent. I spent too much of 2025 thinking about doing things instead of just doing them. 2026 is about action over planning.

More peace and clarity. Less drama and mental uncertainty. More time with people who push me. Less time stuck in my own head overthinking everything.

A whole new year to try new things and keep experimenting.

And that’s a wrap ;)

Some wins, some losses, and a whole lot of learning. Thanks for reading and being part of the journey. On to 2026.
